Availability: It’s easily available on Amazon
Smell– It has a slightly minty herb kind of a fragrance which isn’t overpowering or bothersome.️
My experience– I used it when the cramps were unbearable and I had to attend an event. It was really easy to apply the patch. To be honest it was so comfortable that I forgot I even had it on. It was very discreet. It started working after 15-20 mins of application. A soothing feeling spread around the abdomen which helped calm the cramps a lot. The effect lasted for around 5-6 hours. It didn’t completely vanish the pain but dulled it to a huge extent. It was easy and painless to remove it too. Apart from this there a few home remedies that you can try to help with the pain:
  • Put a heating pad (set on low) or a hot water bottle on your belly, or take a warm bath. Heat improves blood flow and may ease the pain.
  • Lie down and put a pillow under your knees, or lie on your side and bring your knees up to your chest. This may help relieve back pressure.
  • Use pads instead of tampons. This may help if you also have vaginal pain.
  • Get regular exercise. This helps blood flow and may reduce cramping.
Overall– 4/5. It’s a good alternative to pain killers especially if you have mild cramps or an event to attend.
️Will I repurchase– Yes! I totally would get these since I don’t like taking pain killers at all.️
Do I recommend– Yes!! If you suffer from cramps or pain it’s definitely worth a try.️
