Until I finally realised a good face wash isn’t one that foams a lot or makes my skin squeaky clean aka dry. A good face wash is one that does it job silently without making your skin worse. If your skin produces a lot of oil you might need to take a look at your facewash and see if it isn’t the culprit. It’s easy to find out if your face wash is making your skin dry. Wash your face and don’t apply anything on it till 10 minutes, if your skin feels dry or stretchy it means your face wash isn’t the best option for your skin and it’s time you changed it. Luckily I found a good cleanser which works well for oily skin without making it worse.

Claims: It’s a soap-free cleanser, which helps in removing dirt, oil and impurities. Infused with peppermint, it absorbs excess oil and keeps the skin clean. It’s best suited for oily and acne-prone skin and nourishes sunburned or chapped skin

Smell: It has a pleasant minty fragrance.

My Experience: It’s a unique experience using this cleanser as it doesn’t foam especially since I’ so used to foaming face washes. This is just one thing that set’s it apart from other face washes in the market. What truly set’s it apart is how well it works for oily/combination skin. The cleanser didn’t break me out nor made my skin dry immediately after washing. It effectively cleaned all the dirt and grime from the face leaving behind softer, cleaner skin. It’s perfect to use daily and it feels a little different from other facewashes due to no foams being made but that doesn’t affect its cleaning power. My skin didn’t get oily after using this even hours later which is a huge plus point since summers and oily skin is a hard combination.

This face cleanser has a very pleasant fragrance that stays till you are washing it off. It’s like a thick creamy lotion and a pea-sized amount is enough to cover the whole face. It leaves a cooling sensation immediately after wash which lasts for about 30seconds but is very refreshing especially in summers.

Pros:

• It’s budget friendly
• Leaves behind a cooling sensation after every wash which is very refreshing
• Doesn’t dry out the skin
• Helps control oil even after hours of washing
• Effectively cleans and removes all dirt and grime from the face

Cons:

• I don’t like tub packaging for my face washes. I’m always worried about getting water in them while I use them in the shower hence I prefer the bottle packaging.

Will I Repurchase: I will, it’s definitely a great cleanser especially for summers. I have become addicted to the cooling sensation it provides after wash which is invigorating.

Do I Recommend: Yes, absolutely. This is a great cleanser, especially for oily skin beauties.

Overall summary: Beauty Origins Mint Cleanser is a no foaming cleanser. It effectively cleans all dirt and grime without making the skin dry. It prevents the skin from getting oily even after hours and the cooling sensation it provides is a boon in summers.

Packaging: It comes in a huge plastic pump bottle. It dispenses the right amount of facewash and is pretty easy to use 
Smell: The best thing about it is it’s smell. It’s smells like Wet earth and I’m intoxicated by that fragrance. It’s a bit strong so people with sensitive noses might have a problem with it. Though the fragrance doesn’t stay, it always reminds me of first rain and is a very soothing experience.
My experience: I used this facewash for weeks and loved the effect it had on my skin. My skin was soft, squeaky clean, smooth, free from dirt and impurities. Dead sea mud flushed all the toxins out giving the skin a healthy glow and brightening it up. Though if I ever used more than a pea size amount my skin felt a bit dry. So I strongly suggest to only use a pea size amount of it. Take the required amount in your palm, lather it and apply it on your face. It lathers easily and doesn’t leave a sticky residue behind on the face. It kept my skin oil free for a long time which is really amazing. It didn’t break me out as well and my skin loved the effects of dead sea mud.

• Green Clay Mud Face Wash- A mild exfoliating Facewash which instantly cleans and brightens your skin. It’s not harsh on the skin and doesn’t dry it out. It didn’t break me out at all. Only a pea size amount is required to clean the whole face. It’s not a foaming facewash so it doesn’t foam much but it makes the skin really clean. In just a few days I noticed my skin getting better. I loved it when I first used it because unlike other Facewashes it didn’t make my skin dry and stretchy. Since it is a green clay and mud facewash it controls on the oil on my face as well. I love how clean and soft my skin feels after using it.

• Fresh cucumber Mint toner – A minty toner which instantly refreshes my skin. It’s easy to spray and use. I love it’s fragrance as it’s really soothing. Its non sticky and absorbs within seconds in the skin, leaving behind a soft glow. This toner works as a makeup cleaner as well and just a little amount is required to clean the face. It not only makes my skin look fresh it also keeps the excessive oil in check. Thus giving me a oil free look for a long duration. It’s really mild and made from all natural ingredients so I don’t have to worry about putting harmful chemicals on my skin. It minimises to pores to an extent. The best thing about it is, at any time of the day if you are feeling tired using it will instantly refreshe you. The only con is if you spray a little more than required it might foam a little.

It doesn’t leave behind a white cast unlike some other creams. I really like the fact that I can use this cream at night and my face won’t turn greasy in the morning. Everyday I wake up with soft glowing skin. I love how beautiful my skin feels, every morning. Within a few days I have noticed that my skin feels more soft and hydrated. Even on days that I sleep late I don’t wake up with tired skin anymore. My skin looks fresh everyday with this cream.

Do I recommend: Most definitely! Please don’t miss out on these amazing products. This 100% vegetarian and vegan brand has some amazing products and you will definitely find one or a few of them for your need. All natural and free from harmful chemicals these products work wonders on the skin. I honestly have tried a lot of products but have never loved any products as much as I did these, nor this soon. But when you find a product you instantly like you can’t stop raving about it.
